Rock's barely visible under everything now.

Replaced an old reef that never really clicked, mostly dry rock and bad luck. This one's the redo. Two royal grammas patrol the cave near the back, clownfish parked in the bubble tip anemones, and coralline's finally covering the rock the way I wanted the first time.

Did a water change today, tank's a bit low mid change with the bucket and hose still out. Salinity checked out at 1.025, alk was a touch low so I bumped dosing slightly. Corals are still small compared to what I'm hoping for but there's decent coralline starting to spread on the back rock now.

Royal gramma looks great against that rockwork, how long you had him in there?
How long has this reef been established? That chalice and the gonipora look really settled in
Since december, so a handful of months now. The chalice took its time to open up fully but it's looking better each week. Goniopora is the one I'm still nervous about honestly, it's holding steady but I wouldn't call it settled yet, that thing seems to test everyone's tank.
Royal gramma and that chalice combo is a great look, curious what your flow is running at with just the AquaClear on a 90
What do you feed the gramma and the clownfish, just rotating frozen mysis or do you throw flake in too? Mine's still solo in there
Mostly rotating frozen mysis, sometimes some other frozen stuff mixed in. No flake for these two, they seem happy enough with the frozen food. The clowns are pretty aggressive about it, the gramma kind of waits its turn.
That royal gramma is going to look great darting around once the rockwork fills in. Where'd the bubble tip anemone end up settling?
It went into a spot on the right of the rock structure and hasn't moved since, tucked in pretty deep. The clowns claimed it almost immediately and haven't left it.
Royal gramma and that anemone in a 90 with just an AquaClear 70 for flow, that's a pretty relaxed setup
Royal gramma and that bubble tip together is a bold combo, has the anemone stayed put or does it wander around the rock?
