update
Quiet week, nothing really happened. Rinsed the sponge filters, noticed a bit of algae on the seiryu stone that I need to scrub off at some point. Tank's close to how I want it, just a little less filled in than I'd like in a couple spots.

The assassin snails are the real workers in here, cleaning up while the Bucephalandra slowly wraps itself around the seiryu stone. Vallisneria's finally sending out runners and the hairgrass took its sweet time but it's spreading now. Small cube, easy to ignore some weeks, hard to ignore others.

The dwarf hairgrass finally decided to actually spread instead of just sitting there. Runners going in every direction now, filling in patches that were bare a few weeks ago. Everything else is doing fine but that carpet is the one I keep checking on.

A five gallon holding a full grown look that long is impressive, are the corys actually happy in that little footprint?
Carpet looks great, is that dwarf hairgrass? How long did it take to fill in on 5 gallons
Is that seiryu stone raising your GH at all in a tank this small? Are you cutting with RO or just running straight tap for the water changes?
Hardscape's clean... Is that seiryu holding your pH up at all with the crypts and hairgrass in there?
Honestly haven't noticed any real pH swing from it, my water's fairly hard to begin with so hard to say if the seiryu is doing much. Crypts and hairgrass don't seem to mind either way.
Bucephalandra's grown in nice after a year. What's your CO2 rate on a tank this small?
