just noticed
The hygrophila pinnatifida finally pushed some new leaves out sideways over the wood. Barely visible before, now it's kind of the main thing I look at.

The cat sits by this one longer than any other window in the house... Endlers and the apistos keep her there.

Swapped in the eheim jager today, box still sitting by the stand. Old one was getting unreliable with the temp. Tank's coming along nicely by now, carpet's finally spreading... Simple change but feels like a good one.

Hold on no CO2 in a 40 with sword and rotala growing like that? Color on the rotala looks great for low tech, what light schedule you running
This is actually a 10 gallon, no sword or rotala in here... Just java fern, moss, crypt wendtii, hairgrass and hygrophila pinnatifida. Light's a twinstar, running around 6-7 hours a day, nothing fancy.
That's a lot going on for 10g with apistos and endlers together. Any aggression issues or do they just stay out of each other's way?
Endler colors are popping, are they breeding true or getting muddy over generations?
hairgrass looking good in there, is that under the twinstar or did you supplement more light to get it that dense?
No CO2 or ferts talk from me but the hairgrass carpet looks even... What's your light schedule like
Endlers and apistos together is a fun combo... How's the CO2 treating that Hygrophila pinnatifida, mine stunts if I look at it wrong
