Couple months of running now and the rockwork barely resembles the pile of dragon stone I stacked and restacked that first dry night. Six lines still patrol it like they own the place, and the anthias school around the Eheim flow like clockwork. Went through an algae phase recently that made me question everything, dialed back the lighting and feeding and it's calming down. Work's been slammed so this tank is basically my one relaxing thing lately.

Clownfish pair spends most of the day parked in the same corner of rockwork, six line wrasse darting around them like it owns the place. Coralline's slowly taking over the rock, filter and heater just do their job without any drama. Had a hair algae phase for a bit but it settled down on its own. Low maintenance setup, water changes and not much else.

Tranquil Meadow was a joke name at first, tank looked anything but calm during the diatom mess. Kept it anyway. Chromis school around the top of the rock now, five of them, everything else is still just bare frags waiting on the rest of the rock to fill in.

Rio Ridge got its name from the seiryu-ish arch the rock settled into once it finally filled in, kind of looks like a little canyon wall if you squint. Fluval 307 and the Eheim 600 keep things moving across it, Inkbird holding steady at 78. The chromis stick close to the rock most days, noses out from the crevices, and the clownfish claimed a corner and don't budge from it. Coralline's slowly taking over the browner patches.

Wife calls it the rock tank. Watchman goby's holding steady, barely any fuss lately.
