Hair algae and some green spot crept in on the glass and a few leaves so I blacked it out for a couple days and cut the photoperiod after... Plants underneath look fine, just an eyesore right now.

water everywhere
Did a water change and a light trim on the rotala... Somehow ended up with more water on the floor than in the bucket. Towel's still drying.

Added a little group of ember tetras today... First fish in the tank and it instantly feels different, like actual movement instead of just rocks and moss sitting there. Still a small group but the tank feels alive now.

feeding ghosts
Ghost feeding a pinch of flake every couple days and dosing some bottled bacteria to speed the cycle along... Water's still crystal clear, no fish, just waiting on the numbers to behave.
