Nothing major, just noticed the moss finally attaching properly to the wood instead of floating around when I rinse the filter. Small win.
Hair algae creeping on the hairgrass and some green spot on the glass... Did a blackout for a couple days and cut the photoperiod back after. Plants are filling in decent otherwise, just annoying to look at right now.
Went in for shrimp food and came out with a bag of neon tetras... Classic. Tank's only a month old so kept it to just the neons for now, wanted something in there before I lose my mind waiting on the cycle.
Clear water, no fish, plants tiny and sparse. Waiting it out is not my strong suit.
Filter's running, water's in... Nothing alive in there yet and it's already killing me. Just staring... Ok not staring. Staring.
Put the driftwood in dry today, no water yet... My partner walked by and just said 'that's a lot of wood for a 20g' lol. Rearranged it three times before I was happy.
