chalice is spreading out nice and the montipora finally has some good color to it, rock is mostly covered now. firefish still hides half the day but chromis are always out front. pretty happy with how this ones turned out honestly.

first fish
added the blue green chromis today. did a slow drip over about 30 min into a bucket before netting them into the tank, all six made it through the first night fine, already schooling around the rock like theyve been there a while.

still cycling, ammonia finally dropping and nitrites spiked hard like clockwork. no fish in yet, just watching numbers and trying not to touch anything.

filled it up
water went in and started the delta 60 up, pretty hazy right now but rock still shows some brown diatom film under it. no leaks so far, fingers crossed it stays that way overnight.

rinsed sand about four times before the water finally ran clear, forgot how messy that is every time. rock is dry stacked for now, still deciding if i like the layout or if its too boxy in the middle.
