ReefMat 500 Fleece Roller Filter
The Red Sea ReefMat 500 is an automatic fleece roller filter for saltwater aquariums up to 130 gallons, replacing filter socks with continuous mechanical filtration. Its smart drive unit, connected to the ReefBeat app, advances a 50 g/m2 non-woven polyester fleece roll (4.4 inches wide, 92 feet long, lasting roughly 5-8 weeks on a moderately stocked 80-gallon reef) when solid-state water-level sensors detect the fleece is clogged. Features include plug-and-play installation, an integrated 350mL media basket, kink-resistant corrugated inlet hose, 1580 GPH max flow capacity, and maintenance notifications via ReefBeat.
