The Qanvee Fluidized Moving Bed Filter is an air-driven biological filtration system engineered to maximize nitrifying bacterial colonies in freshwater aquariums and shrimp tanks. Powered by an internal air stone, this filter keeps self-cleaning bio media continuously suspended and tumbling within the chamber. The continuous friction rubs off dead or weak bacterial film, allowing only the most robust, active nitrifying bacteria to colonize the media surface. Features self-cleaning fluidized media motion, enhanced ammonia and nitrite processing, shrimp and fry safe pre-filter, complete setup kit with bio media and air stone, and aeration support.
