Original Grade Ocean Direct Live Reef Sand
CaribSea Ocean Direct Original Grade is a live aragonite reef sand (grain size 0.25-6.5mm) preserved with Sea Breathe technology so it retains its natural ocean bacteria for a faster tank cycle. Its high surface area supports beneficial bacteria colonization, and BRS suggests about 1 pound per 2 gallons of display volume (sold in 20 lb and 40 lb bags).
