The Reef Octopus LR-150 Light Reactor is a natural filter that utilizes macroalgae like Chaetomorpha to absorb and remove algae-producing nutrients from aquarium water; as macroalgae grows it consumes nutrients, which are removed when harvested. Also a safe haven for copepods and amphipods. Unique triangular waterproof LED strip (IP67) inside the reactor maximizes light exposure with 360-degree coverage; stabilizes pH and lowers dissolved CO2; can be installed externally or in-sump; tank volume 50-160 gal; body 6 in, height 20 in; LED 20W; AQ-1200 circulation pump.
