The Striated Anglerfish, also known as the Striped Anglerfish, is a member of the Antennariidae family with a striped brown and tan body and projections giving it an ornate rock-like appearance, and it alters its color to blend into its background. A good reef dweller that perches on coral ledges, it needs at least a 30-gallon tank and feeds by ambush, devouring fish nearly its own size; use live feeder shrimp to entice it to eat, feed feeder fish and shrimp, and do not overfeed.
