Marine Fish

Purple Tang

1 photos

The Captive-Bred Purple Tang is a semi-aggressive, reef-safe herbivore considered an excellent addition to larger reef tanks. It generally coexists well with many reef fish but can become territorial, especially toward other tangs or similarly shaped fish; its herbivorous grazing helps manage nuisance algae that would otherwise bother corals.
