ORA Watchman Goby

1 photos

The ORA Watchman Goby (Cryptocentrus cinctus, yellow variety) is famous for its symbiotic partnership with pistol shrimp: the goby stands watch while the shrimp digs and maintains their shared burrow. With golden yellow bodies, turquoise-dotted heads, and independently moving eyes, it is peaceful, reef-safe, and carnivorous; keep it on sand with stable rockwork in tanks of 20 gallons or larger.
