The Golden Rhomboidalis Wrasse, also known as the Diamond-tail Fairy Wrasse, originates solely from the Marshall Islands, occurring close to the substrate in the sand and rubble zones of the reef; gold in color with a vibrant blue head, its entire body is marked with a maze-like series of lines and its tail is diamond in shape. It thrives in a fish-only or reef aquarium of 90 gallons or larger with a shaded area away from bright lights and will not bother corals or invertebrates; it likes to jump so a tight-fitting canopy is recommended — feed vitamin-enriched frozen mysis shrimp, vitamin-enriched frozen brine shrimp, other meaty foods, and high-quality marine flake and pellet food.
