The Green Clown Goby, also known as the Earspot Coral Goby, is common within Indo Pacific reefs among soft and hard coral colonies; a small stocky fish with a very large head, yellow to greenish-tan with orange vertical stripes on its head. It is peaceful and enjoys swimming and hiding amongst polyp colonies but may nip at SPS coral polyps; it needs a 10-gallon or larger aquarium, preferably with branching coral, and will fight its own kind in smaller tanks — feed brine shrimp, frozen mysis shrimp, table shrimp, and frozen carnivore preparations.
